 * Running is an best exercise to fat loss & weight loss,  it's very good way to decrease your belly fat, when you are running, you burns a lot of calories , if you are doing everyday 30 minute to 1 hours running everyday, you burn 400 to 931 calories. that is very good exercise to your weight loss and fat loss.

 

2. SWIMMING

* Swimming is second and best exercise to decrease your  weight and fat loss,  this is very effective way to burn your calories, if you are doing swimming minimum 1 hours per day, you can burn more than 350 to 700 calories, this very also very good exercise to your weight loss and fat loss.

 

3. Cycling

* Cycling  is very good way to decrease your belly fat and weight loss, cycling is very effective way to burn your calories, if you are doing cycling minimum 1 hours per day,  you can burn around 540 calories , and if you are doing cycling everyday you will get sick less lower risk heart disease, cancer, and teenage can increase height if they doing cycling regularly.


4. Yoga

* Yoga is best way to decrease your belly fat and weight loss, yoga is much easier than others exercise because you can do yours your home, you are doing yoga minimum 1 hours per day,  you can burn around 180 to 600 calories.

1. Sun Salutation Pose/ Surya Namaskara.
2. Bow Pose / Dhanurasana.
3. Twisted Chair pose/ Parivrtta Utkatasana.
4. Warrior Pose/ Virabhadrasana.
5. Triangle pose / Trikonasana.
6. Downward Dog pose/ Adho Mukha Svanasana.

 

5. Walking

According to my point, walking is also very effective exercise for loss fat and weight,  and walking is very easy exercise, because  everyone can walk, if you are doing walking everyday at least one hour you can burn more than 210 to 360 calories.
